Contemporary speckled calf, gilt-stamped on spine with red morocco labels. Top edge brown, others speckled red. Inner hinges slightly cracked, spine and edges a bit rubbed. Previous owner's bookplate to front pastedown of each volume. Some minor worming from front pastedown through title-page of volume two, not affecting text. Very good.
