Contemporary maroon morocco, decoratively triple-ruled in gilt on covers and spine with five raised bands. All edges gilt, gilt turn-ins. Spines a bit sunned and rubbed along extremities. Overall, a very good set.
Each volume depicts a fore-edge painting of different markets in London; Smithfield Market, Covent Garden Market and Fleet market respectively.
