Printed on Mohawk Letterpress and set in Monotype Bembo. Folio. [208] pp. Ten colored etchings by Joseph Goldyne, with wood-engraved vignette by Barry Moser on colophon leaf.
Full gray blindstamped morocco by the Harcourt Bindery in Boston under the supervision of Samuel B. Ellenport. Upper cover and spine lettered in blind. Front pastedown with previous owner's book plate. Extra suite of ten colored etchings in a morocco-backed chemise, both items housed in publisher's cream linen slipcase.
A superb copy of this somber yet elegant book designed by Barry Moser.
